Use of Temply
Temply may be used through the main Discord bot, the website and dashboard, and the Temply Support bot. By using Temply, you agree to use the service lawfully, responsibly, and in line with Discord's terms, policies, and platform rules, as well as any applicable payment-provider requirements where premium services are involved.
Administrator-controlled setup
Temply includes features that are configured by server administrators, such as temporary room behavior, room control visibility, logging channels, statistics boards, support ticket configuration, verification roles, automod settings, premium role syncing, and dashboard access decisions. Server administrators are responsible for how Temply is configured in their server and for the channels, permissions, and roles they choose to connect to the service.
Acceptable use
You may not use Temply to abuse Discord infrastructure, bypass platform moderation, evade restrictions, attempt unauthorized access, overload Temply systems, interfere with other users or guilds, scrape data unlawfully, abuse payment systems, or use the service in a way that is fraudulent, harmful, or clearly outside its intended purpose.
Discord bot, website, and support features
Temply provides temporary voice channel tools, dashboard management, support ticketing, moderation and verification tooling in the support environment, status pages, and premium upgrade features. Some features may be limited to certain plans, server setups, or environments, and some are only available when enabled by a server administrator.
Premium and billing
Premium plans may unlock additional features such as per-guild branding controls and related management tools. Premium access is tied to the active subscription state recorded by the billing system. If a subscription is cancelled, expires, fails payment, or is otherwise no longer active, premium benefits may be limited, removed, downgraded, or reset automatically, including premium roles, premium dashboard access, and premium branding settings.
Availability and changes
Temply is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Features may be updated, redesigned, restricted, paused, or removed as the product evolves. Temply does not promise uninterrupted availability, identical behavior forever, permanent compatibility with all future Discord changes, or uninterrupted access to premium or support systems under all circumstances.
Service operation and dependencies
Temply depends on Discord, web hosting, databases, caching systems, payment services, and other third-party infrastructure. Some functionality depends on correct permissions, channel availability, role configuration, webhook health, and external platform behavior. You understand that service operation relies on those systems and that some failures or delays may come from dependencies outside Temply's direct control.
Suspension, restriction, or removal
Temply may limit, suspend, refuse, or remove access where use appears abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, harmful to infrastructure, inconsistent with Discord or billing-provider requirements, or likely to create risk for the service or other users. This may include disabling premium access, limiting dashboard access, or refusing support access where necessary.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Temply is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, platform-related, or configuration-related issues arising from use of the service. This includes, for example, downtime, Discord-side failures, server misconfiguration, permission mistakes, deleted channels, unsupported use cases, premium disruptions outside reasonable control, or data or functionality issues caused by external providers.
Changes to the terms
These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect product, infrastructure, billing, support, or policy changes. Continued use of Temply after an updated version is published means you accept the revised terms.
